I'm glad that you came by to see the finished product. The stain really brings out the depth and richness of the wood. The fact that you took pictures shows me that you are as proud & happy with the work as we are.
I'm glad I chose your company to do the work. For a number of reasons, I would recommend your services to any friend who wanted work done on their home.

First, we were able to inspect an example of your work on some wood casement windows in a new construction home. The style and material were similar but different than our choices, but the work was top-notch.
You came by immediately to make the bid. You listened to what we really wanted our windows to look like and were willing to realize our ideas in the wood of our choice (oak). The returned bid was very detailed but easy to understand; it wasn't dirt cheap, but it was very fair given the extent and custom nature of the work.

The work was done as soon as winter weather was not an impediment and finished in a reasonable time frame. Your crew of 3 worked diligently and the crew leader was a craftsman: capable of creating functional woodwork but also having a hand and eye for art and beauty.
You came over a number of times to be sure the work met your specs and to take the time to listen to any ideas or problems we had and to address them. These sessions did not take the confrontational tone that some contractors can take; rather, we felt like we were hanging out with a friend who was eager to hear our ideas. You even gladly did an extra day's work when we asked near the end to have our door frames done to match the windows.

Everything was completed with no loose ends and 2 rather fussy clients were immensely pleased."
