Owner participation and input is a prerequisite prior to starting any project. Not only does the schedule keep people on track, it further defines the project requirements and the needs of clients’ expectations.

The schedule is updated regularly, encompassing drawing coordination oversights, work flows and procurement. Delivery milestones emanate from this master schedule for the benefit of our overall management process.

Permitting We offer services to our clients to assist in the permitting process. By identifying all specific reviews and permits required by city, state and applicable federal agencies, we can incorporate the data into the scheduled time for acquisition of these approvals, to promote overall project success.

Site Utilization/Logistics Planning We provide a comprehensive plan for organization and use of the site prior to construction. This plan addresses the unique qualities and characteristics of the project site and adjacent areas and is crucial in sequencing the construction process to maximize schedule efficiency. We work closely with the design/engineering team to come up with the best possible plan for winterization, storage of material, deliveries and equipment usage.
