Value Engineering/Cost Benefit Analysis During each phase of your project, we proactively analyze the design in order to balance performance and quality against costs. This collaborative effort between our staff, the design team, the owner, our subcontractors and suppliers encompasses each building method and material/equipment selection.

Cost Control We provide a detailed report of costs as the project progresses. This information gives the Owner a better vision of what the actual costs are and the ability to adjust for future expenditures.  

Bidding/Purchasing/Procurement Our procurement process begins with research to ensure that we are aware of all conditions that could affect budget and time, including manpower, material/equipment availability, and trade contractor availability and capacity. This allows us to recommend trade contractors and suppliers that would fit within the project team. Using our procurement approach, we can achieve quality project completion quickly, safely and with ultimate cost effectiveness.

Contract Administration We constantly manage and control contracts and contractor payments. This is directly tied to the methods we use on your behalf during bidding and procurement phases to secure the best possible resources for your project.

Change Order Management Since plans often change mid-project, one of our routine procedures is to run continuous estimate checks for price and/or time adjustment. This is required to ensure that you are benefiting from fair value-for-costs on all trade contractor requests.
