Our finalization procedure coordinates with design documents for installation coordination, including owner training of all systems. We provide assistance in this phase to ensure the smoothest homeowner occupancy transition possible.

Maintenance and Operations Training The transfer of technology related to the proper maintenance and operation your new home is a final step in achieving project success. We make certain that the right trade specialist for a specific system provides all crucial information related to the maintenance of your new home. All operating and maintenance manuals are provided at homeowner take-over.

Project Close Out We take accountability and responsibility for compiling all data needed to efficiently expedite contract close-out. We manage the warranty process, ensure timelines of warranty corrections and hold all trade contractors to their obligations. Close-out means closure. The only time we aim to be invited back to your residence is for a party.
